The Online Go-to-Market Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the online strategy aligned with the brand's goals. This role involves collaborating with various departments to create a consumer-centric digital shopping experience, managing content calendars, optimizing site features, and analyzing sales data.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute the online go-to-market strategy in line with brand objectives.
  2. Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Brand, Creative Services, and Planning teams to enhance the digital shopping experience.
  3. Define and communicate the value proposition, ensuring a seamless customer journey from advertising to site experience.
  4. Manage content calendars to keep the website fresh and relevant, balancing commerce and storytelling.
  5. Optimize on-site search functionalities and cross-selling strategies to increase conversions.
  6. Lead product placement strategies and propose new merchandise initiatives to boost sales.
  7. Coordinate with clients for product inventory, pricing, and static content updates.
  8. Oversee updates to in-site marketing elements, error pages, and unpublishing strategies.
  9. Work with the design team on website banners and e-newsletter visuals.
  10. Set up, distribute, and manage e-newsletters, addressing technical issues as needed.
  11. Generate and analyze sales reports, staying informed on software and data trends.
  12. Update the website to support new mobile and computer systems.
