About the job: Dynamics Sales/Customer Service CRM Technician

Remote | R48 000 - R80 000 PM

Contract Duration: 3-4 months

Managed IT services company seeks a Dynamics Sales/Customer Service CRM Technician.

Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of Dynamics 365 is essential. Proficiency in configuring and customizing the Customer Service and Sales modules is needed.
  2. Sales and Service Process Optimization: Familiarity with sales processes, lead management, opportunity tracking, and pipeline management. Expertise in configuring workflows, automations, and business rules to streamline sales and service operations. Knowledge of Customer Service Workspace is a big PLUS.
  3. Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive identification of system issues, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions. Handling escalations and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
  4. Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT. Ability to work closely with end-users, understanding their pain points, and providing timely support.
