Job summary

Sanlam Life and Savings (SLS) is seeking a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to ensure functional integrity and sustainable evolution of the Dynamics 365 platform. You will gather requirements, design configurations, and work with cross-functional teams including Product Owner, Technical Lead, and QA Lead to deliver upgrade-safe solutions.

Qualifications

Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) in a functional role.
Strong ability to translate business needs into functional designs and specs.
Experience delivering in Agile environments and collaborating with engineers.
Track record of successful D365 implementations or major enhancements.
Hands-on configuration of entities, forms, rules, workflows, and security.

Responsibilities

Own the functional design and configuration of the Dynamics 365 platform.
Lead functional discovery workshops and translate needs into designs and specs.
Collaborate with Product Owner, Technical Lead, and QA Lead to ensure alignment.
Ensure upgrade-safe configurations and minimal customisation.
Support test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
