Our clients Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations providing their clients with the ability to keep up with the everchanging digital world by implementing Microsofts M Azure Microsofts Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics (D software line.

Role Overview: The role calls for a motivated and highly skilled and experienced Dynamics F&O Functional Consultant to be a part of a dynamic D consultancy services team.

Requirements:

1. Degree Level of Education or higher
2. Microsoft Dynamics certifications
3. 12 years of relevant experience in a similar role particularly in a professional services / consulting firm
4. Knowledge of best practices for working with offshore teams
5. Experience in Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
6. Exceptional understanding of Microsoft ERP or CRM functional capabilities
7. Good understanding of Cloud technologies
8. Good understanding of integration tools and technologies
9. Good understanding of Power Platform technologies
10. Good understanding of automated testing tools such as RSAT
11. Broad understanding of software development lifecycle development management release management data migrations cutover planning and early live support
12. Experience on operating in Shared Services or nearshore teams
13. Must have led multiple projects from endtoend in a functional capacity
14. Must have experience in endtoend implementation of multiple projects
15. Proven ability to demo powered assets and assist in presales and deal shaping for large transformational programs
16. Excellent written and verbal English language skills. Additional fluency in one or more other languages will be considered an asset
17. Deep and broad knowledge of functional capabilities of Dynamics including appropriate certification
18. Must be able to show good knowledge of practices for Dynamics
19. Exceptional knowledge of all Finance core concepts and processes including Enterprise Structure General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed Asset and Reporting
20. Aware of latest Microsoft Features
21. Aware of ISVs which can be integrated with F&O

Responsibilities:

1. Be a champion for functional leading / best practises with Microsoft solutions
2. Keep up with product roadmap and the content of future releases of Microsoft ERP or CRM
3. Lead delivery of D endtoend implementation projects including design configuration testing training cutover post golive support & reporting assuring that the management of area technical assets and systems development lifecycle comply to firms ISMP
4. Responsible for all aspects of relevant workstream of implementation assuring that area processes are aligned to the firms ISMP
5. Lead the design and configuration of sector specific templates to enhance the out of the box Dynamics functionality giving clients a unique selling point and a resalable / reusable asset
6. Active involvement with Data Migration strategy and design
7. Involvement with interfaces and Integrations
8. Be responsible for ensuring the presales engagements are delivered with the same rigour and attention to detail as client engagements
9. Define training needs within the team and coach other team members
10. Deliver all consultancy according to the companys Project Methodology ensuring that all software applications are implemented successfully according to the project plan
11. Be expected to meet and exceed customer expectations from a business knowledge skills and behaviour perspective
12. Identify business / project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary
13. Ensure progress updates are communicated to relevant parties both formally and informally
14. Identify practice development activities and help in defining how these will be delivered
15. Carry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by Directors
16. In all activities ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training
17. The Employee is required to follow the companys Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP) at all times
