Role Overview
The role requires a motivated, highly skilled, and experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to join a dynamic D365 consultancy services team.

Requirements
- Degree level of education or higher
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in a similar role, especially in a professional services or consulting firm
- Knowledge of best practices for working with offshore teams
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Exceptional understanding of Microsoft ERP or CRM functional capabilities
- Good understanding of Cloud technologies
- Knowledge of integration tools and technologies
- Familiarity with Power Platform technologies
- Experience with automated testing tools such as RSAT
- Broad understanding of the software development lifecycle, including development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning, and early live support
- Experience working in Shared Services or nearshore teams
- Proven track record of leading multiple projects from end-to-end in a functional capacity
- Experience in end-to-end implementation of multiple projects
- Ability to demo powered assets and assist in pre-sales and deal shaping for large transformational programs
- Excellent written and verbal English skills; additional languages are a plus
- Deep and broad knowledge of Dynamics 365 functional capabilities, with appropriate certification
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 practices
- Exceptional understanding of core Finance concepts and processes, including Enterprise Structure, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Reporting
- Awareness of the latest Microsoft features and ISVs that can be integrated with F&O
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent client relationship management, coaching, and mentoring skills

Responsibilities
- Champion best practices for Microsoft solutions
- Stay updated with product roadmaps and future releases of Microsoft ERP or CRM
- Lead end-to-end D365 implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, post-go-live support, and reporting, ensuring compliance with the firm’s ISMP
- Manage all aspects of relevant workstreams, ensuring process alignment with the firm’s ISMP
- Design and configure sector-specific templates to enhance Dynamics functionality, creating unique and reusable assets
- Participate actively in data migration strategies and design
- Manage interfaces and integrations
- Ensure pre-sales engagements are delivered with high quality and attention to detail
- Define training needs and coach team members
- Deliver consultancy services following the company’s Project Methodology
- Exceed customer expectations in business knowledge, skills, and behavior
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Communicate progress updates effectively
- Contribute to practice development activities
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Directors
