Dynamics 365 Developer at Datonomy Solutions

We are seeking an experienced CRM Dynamics 365 Developer with a strong background in building model-driven applications to support lead management and related business processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with hands-on expertise in Power Platform tools, integration, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy model-driven apps in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support lead management and other CRM processes.
2. Create and maintain custom automation using Power Automate, plugins, workflows, and business process flows.
3. Configure and extend Microsoft Dataverse to meet business requirements.
4. Develop and customize CRM solutions using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
5. Build and implement components using the PowerApps Component Framework (PCF).
6. Leverage experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Marketing modules for tailored solutions.
7. Apply Agile methodologies and DevOps practices throughout the development lifecycle.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with external systems using REST APIs.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. 3–5 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
2. Strong expertise in:
1. Model-driven app development
2. Microsoft Dataverse
3. Power Automate
4. PowerApps Component Framework (PCF)
5. Plugin and workflow development in Dynamics CRM
3. Proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS
4. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming with experience in C#, Java, or similar high-level languages.
5. Practical experience with system integration and use of REST APIs.
