Cls in Pretoria is seeking a Transport Broker to coordinate bulk commodity transport loads between mining clients and approved transporters. The role focuses on efficient, safe, and profitable load movements across commodity corridors.

You will manage load coordination, transporter liaison, client communication, and margin control within a busy brokerage environment, with after-hours availability when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, SCM, Transport Economics or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in transport, logistics, freight, or supply chain.
• Experience in road freight brokering or transport coordination.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process load requests accurately and timeously.
• Confirm client rates within agreed turnaround times.
• Issue load instructions to transporters.
• Monitor active loads and provide regular client updates.
• Resolve load delays, breakdowns, and incidents efficiently.
