Qualifications

• Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably in the sports or events industry.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• A bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all logistical aspects of sports events, including venue booking, scheduling, and participant registration.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including participants, sponsors, vendors, and venue staff, to ensure smooth event operations.
• Oversee event marketing and promotion efforts to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Manage on-site event execution, including setup, staffing, troubleshooting, and participant support.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports.
