Job summary

NHS Grampian invites applications for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) in Acute Medicine, ARI. Band 7, fixed-term/secondment for 18 months, with 12-hour shifts across Monday to Sunday.

You will join a team of ANPs within Acute Medicine and Flow Navigation Centre (FNC) to deliver high-quality autonomous care. You will provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of acute medical presentations, supported by a Practice Supervisor, and will develop competencies for Advanced Practice

Qualifications

• Evidence of working and thinking at Master’s level.
• Autonomous clinical practice in Acute Medicine.
• Strong communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level autonomous clinical practice in Acute Medicine.
• Assess, diagnose, treat and manage adults with acute conditions.
• Support service development and new care models with the FNC team.
