Are you fluent in Dutch and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join our dynamic team as a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Agent where you'll engage with customers, solve problems, and provide top-notch support in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Provide expert assistance with products, services, and general inquiries.
  3. Resolve issues efficiently and deliver outstanding service.
  4. Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures.
  5. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent Dutch speaker (written & spoken); English proficiency is a plus!
  2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  3. Experience in customer service, call centres, or a similar role is an advantage.
  4. Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  5. Basic computer skills (CRM systems, email handling, etc.).
  6. A positive can-do attitude and a passion for helping people!
