Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver mentorship programs tailored to the specific needs of young people.
• Facilitate workshops and activities focused on life skills, leadership, career exploration, and financial literacy.
• Provide one‑on‑one guidance and support to youth, helping them set and achieve personal and educational goals.
• Connect young people with educational opportunities, internships, and employment pathways.
• Monitor participant progress, provide feedback, and adapt programs to ensure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and families to create a supportive ecosystem for youth development.

Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Social Sciences, Education, Youth Development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in youth work, mentorship, or program facilitation.
• Strong understanding of adolescent development and the challenges faced by young people.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for participants..
• Experience in program planning, implementation, and evaluation is advantageous.
