Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for design and modification.
• Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing equipment, tooling, and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues on production machinery.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and manuals.
• Participate in selecting and implementing new manufacturing technologies and automation.
• Perform root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions.
