The role requires admission as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with 2–5 years of post-admission experience in commercial law, and strong client service and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

Admitted Attorney to the High Court of South Africa.
2–5 years post-admission experience in commercial law.
Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Sound understanding of SA company law and commercial regulations.
Strong analytical and client‑facing skills.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (service, supply, partnership).
Conduct due diligence for corporate transactions and prepare reports.
Advise on corporate law, regulatory compliance, and business structuring.
Assist senior lawyers with litigation matters and ADR processes.
Conduct legal research and prepare opinions on commercial issues.
Maintain strong client relationships and clear communication throughout processes.
