Understanding of IT Infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Servers, Desktops, Security, Telecoms, Microsoft, UNIX). Current knowledge of Desktop Operating Systems and MS Shrinkwrap Applications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Technological acumen. Project management skills with the ability to work in project teams. Excellent customer relations skills.
