Job title: DTech Operations Specialist
Job Location: Gauteng, Johannesburg

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating key DTech events and initiatives across Africa
- Leading DTech recognition and awards programs
- Supporting relevant engagement initiatives across all teams in DTech
- Managing and maintaining relevant performance metrics tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Handling general administration activities (calendar management, budgets, claims, procurement)
- Preparing stakeholder presentations
- Managing and delivering key projects and deliverables for the S&O Director
- Overseeing general office management activities
- Managing the Business Continuity Plan for the BSC
- Driving a customer-focused mindset within the team
- Implementing agile ways of working, including ownership of work on the sprint backlog, pushing for excellent delivery, root cause problem solving, and supporting team members with diverse skills
- Managing annual MICS & SOX audits for BSC

Minimum Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is advantageous
- Experience with SAP or other EBP systems is a plus
- Ability to interpret and manipulate basic data
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint
- Background in engineering or technical fields
