Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?The Key Purpose of this role is to lead, coordinate and manage key BSC operational projects, activities and initiatives.Key Roles and Responsibilities : Managing and coordinating key DTech events and initiatives across AfricaLead DTech recognition and awards programsSupport relevant engagement initiatives across all teams in DTechManaging and maintaining of relevant performance metrics tracking, reporting and analysisGeneral administration activities (calendar management, budgets, claims, procurement)Preparation of stakeholder presentationsManaging and delivering key projects and deliverables for S&O DirectorGeneral office management activitiesManage the Business Continuity Plan for the BSCDrive a customer focused mind-set within the teamAgile ways of working which requires; ownership of work on the sprint backlog; pushing the boundaries for excellent delivery; focusing on root cause problem solving; using diverse and collective skills to support other members of the teamManage annual MICS & SOX audit for BSCKey Attributes and Competencies : Sound interpersonal / communication skills and the ability to liaise with Senior Management and external stakeholdersTeam player with the ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externallyAbility to work under pressure yet remaining meticulous attention to detailAbility to operate independently and take initiativeA pro-active approach essentialAbility to play a key supporting role between the Team and the ManagerAbility to maintain a high degree of confidentialityAbility to meet deadlines is essentialA highly organized work style is necessary to handle the range of tasks, people and issuesMinimum Requirements : At least 1-2 years working experience is requiredComputer literacy (Microsoft Office essential, SAP added advantage)Experience on SAP or other EBP system would be considered an advantageAbility to interpret and manipulate basic dataAdvanced abilities on PowerpointAdditional Information : Band : VIIISAB / ABInBev is an equal opportunity employer and all appointments will be made in line with SAB / ABInBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.The advert has minimum requirements listed.
