Job summary

Kabstrading Co in Durban is seeking a focused driver to support deliveries, collections and general duties. You will follow company driving policy and ensure daily vehicle checks are completed, keeping the vehicle clean and roadworthy.

The role requires adherence to road traffic rules, accurate trip documentation, loading/offloading with care, and timely transport of goods, documents or passengers. This is a full-time on-site position in KwaZulu-Natal.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s licence of the appropriate code.
• Knowledge of road traffic rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deliveries, collections and general duties as required
• Comply with road traffic legislation and company driving policy
• Carry out daily pre-trip vehicle inspections and report defects
• Keep the vehicle clean, serviced and roadworthy
• Complete and maintain accurate trip sheets and logbooks
• Load and offload goods with due care
• Transport goods, documents or passengers safely and on schedule
