Job Title: Driver Supervisor

Medilogistics CDU is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Driver Supervisor.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee Drivers and Van Assistants to ensure compliance with their duties.
• Ensure timely and efficient parcel deliveries.
• Manage daily delivery processes, including driver briefings and debriefings.
• Oversee daily Proof of Delivery (POD) capturing.
• Manage and organize branch-level operations.
• Maintain fleet and premises housekeeping and maintenance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
• 6 months to 1 year relevant experience; supervisory experience is ideal.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize a large workload and work under pressure.
• Ability to act independently and handle conflict.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Commitment to good customer service.
