• Clean delivery vehicle and report maintenance needs.
• Collect repairs and products due for credit from customers.

DRIVER/ STORES CLERK I - CAPE TOWN

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for providing a reliable and efficient delivery service to CENTURION distributors and customers to enhance the service aspect of the branch.

Responsibilities

Stores Clerk I Duties

• Physically checking stock received from Head Office against supplied picklist to ensure the orders are packed correctly
• Reporting any discrepancies against picklist and physical count
• Performing general store housekeeping – daily activity (Tidiness & cleaning)
• Picking stock for the Repair Technicians from SAP picklist
• Assisting clients and couriers with loading of stock
• Picking stock from picklist / invoice generated by sales for clients

Driver Duties

• Doing deliveries to customers as and when required
• Staging and loading daily deliveries
• Checking correct quantities and products against invoices and return signed copy of invoice
• Cleaning delivery vehicle and reporting any maintenance needs of vehicle to Storeman or Branch Manager
• Collecting repairs and products due for credit from customers
• Refuelling and keeping a logbook of Kms travelled and report to Storeman or Branch Manager
• Collecting repairs and product due for credit from customers
