Job summary

Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Salesman Driver to ensure on-time, in-full bakery product deliveries to customers and to collect payments, with daily management of bakery sales assets. This role supports sales growth and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Matric/Grade 12, a valid Code 10/C1 driver''s license with PDP older than 3 years, and 1–3 years'' experience in sales or retail.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
• A valid Driver's License code 10/C1 with PDP which is 3 years old or more
• 1–3 years' experience in the sales or retail environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver on time and in full bakery products to customers.
• Collect payments and manage cash where applicable.
• Manage bakery sales assets daily.

Job Purpose

The purpose of the Salesman Driver role is to ensure service delivery and bakery sales growth through on time and in full deliveries of products as per customer requirements, collection of payments and bakery sales asset management on daily basis

Experience and Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 qualification.


• A valid Driver's License code 10/C1 with PDP which is 3 years old or more


• 1-3 years' experience in the sales or retail environment

Working Conditions

• Pressurised environment


• 6-day position


• Required to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays as per business needs.


• Required to work in alternative areas as required by the business.
