Job description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist and/or Driver to join our team at Morecambe Urgent Treatment Centre.

Positions available:
  1. Out of Hours Driver (with Reception duties also) – 49.5 hours per month, including overnights.
  2. Out of Hours / Urgent Treatment Centre Receptionist – 46.5 hours per month.
  3. Driver and Receptionist – Bank Vacancy.

Hours of work: Part-time. 4-week rolling rota. Option of combined role and/or bank contract also available. Please see the attached Job Description for rota patterns.

Location: Morecambe Health Centre, Hanover Street, Morecambe, LA4 5LY.

Salary: £12.45 per hour. Enhancements payable include an additional 30% on Saturday up to midnight, and +60% on Sunday.

Criteria: You must be at least twenty-five years old for car insurance purposes. Not required for the reception role.

Main duties of the role

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various software applications.

As a Driver, you will provide a professional and high-quality driving service for the GP Out of Hours Service.
