Job summary

Synergy Careers is seeking a diligent warehouse support candidate in KwaZulu-Natal to manage parts picking, inventory, and order preparation. The role requires preparing shipments, maintaining stock records, and ensuring accurate packing and labeling.

Applicants should have Grade 12 and a valid Code 08 driver’s license. You will follow safety regulations and uphold the company image in daily interactions with staff and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Keep Workshop, parts area and offices clean at all times.
• Assist admin staff with general admin tasks.
• Pack incoming parts, take inventory and report shortages.
• Keep records of incoming and outgoing parts.
• Pick orders as requested by workshop.
• Seal and tag containers, confirm order accuracy and sign pick tickets.
• Ensure correct shipping information is attached and move completed orders to workshop area.
• Comply with OSHA and other safety regulations.

Ensuring starting times are known and adhered to

Maintaining company image, in terms of appearance, attitude and interaction with staff, customers and suppliers, as key priority

Company uniform and all safety wear, including reflective jacket to be worn at all times.

Keeping Workshop area, parts area & offices clean at all times

Assisting admin staff with general admin work

Packing incoming parts away, taking inventory and reporting shortages.

Keeping records of incoming and outgoing parts.

Picking orders as requested by workshop.

Sealing and tagging containers, confirming accuracy of orders and signing pick tickets to confirm.

Ensuring correct shipping information is attached and moving completed orders to workshop area.

Complying with OSHA and other safety regulations.
