From 5/12 through 9/30, CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers enjoy:

• Pay: Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 annually
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & an annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• Or choose 27% of Line Haul

Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 Days - 2 Years = $1,000, 2 Years+ = $1,200

Montgomery ensures your home time is MAXIMIZED! Drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours. How do we know? Because we use analytics to track our drivers' home time to ensure a better quality of life and family time!

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay:

• New Drivers Pay - $.53 CPM starting base pay
• 1-Year Loyalty (worked at previous company for one year) - $.54 CPM
• 2-Years Loyalty (worked at previous company for two years) - $.55 CPM

Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience

• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, but not required
