Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Drilling Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, and technologies.
• Solid understanding of HSE regulations in oil and gas.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily drilling operations safely and efficiently.
• Lead drilling crews; provide guidance, training and evaluations.
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers, contractors and service providers.
• Monitor drilling parameters and data; address operational challenges.
• Develop and implement detailed drilling programs and contingency plans.
