Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily drilling operations, ensuring compliance with drilling programs and safety regulations.
• Manage and train drilling crews, fostering a culture of safety and performance.
• Monitor drilling parameters and equipment performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize operations.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of drilling activities, including daily drilling reports and equipment maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with support services, including logistics, supply chain, and emergency response teams.
• Implement and enforce strict safety procedures and environmental protection protocols.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Drilling Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in drilling operations.
• In-depth knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, and associated risks.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Valid Well Control Certification (e.g., IWCF).
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage challenging operational scenarios.
