Placements24 seeks an experienced Well Operations Supervisor to oversee drilling and completion activities in the Klerksdorp area. You will lead field teams, coordinate with service providers and monitor daily progress to meet operational objectives while upholding safety regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on expertise in well site management and a track record of safe, cost-effective operations in Oil & Gas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supervisory roles within drilling or well operations
• Proven track record of safe and efficient field operations in Oil & Gas
• Strong knowledge of drilling fluids, cementing, casing and completion techniques

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily drilling, completion, and workover operations on well sites
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, hazard identification, and risk mitigation
• Manage drilling crews, service company personnel and equipment
• Monitor performance, track metrics and report progress and incidents
• Oversee inventory and logistics for equipment and materials at the well site in Klerksdorp
