Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Drilling Field Compliance Coordinator to support HSE compliance across drilling and workover operations. You will conduct field inspections, audits, investigate incidents, assess risks, and ensure adherence to Saudi Aramco HSE standards and safety systems.

The role demands a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, NEBOSH IGC or IOSH, and a minimum of 10 years HSE experience in Oil & Gas with at least 7 years in drilling and workover operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HSE, Science, Industrial disciplines, or a related field.
• NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent internationally recognized safety certification.
• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas.
• At least 7 years in drilling and workover operations.
• Strong knowledge of incident investigation, hazard identification, risk management, emergency preparedness, and HSE management systems.
• Experience conducting field inspections, safety audits, and compliance assessments.
• Strong reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in field-based environments with rotational schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct HSE audits and field inspections across drilling and workover rigs.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco safety standards and environmental requirements.
• Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and corrective actions.
• Lead or participate in incident investigations and prepare reports.
• Support pre-commencement inspections for new rigs and follow up on findings.
• Prepare rigs for internal and external audits (RHSEI, Well Control, LPD etc.).
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend control measures.
• Provide HSE guidance and mentoring to rig teams.
• Monitor behavioral safety through rig visits and safety meetings.
• Support safety training, emergency preparedness, contractor safety, and environmental initiatives.
