Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in drilling engineering with a focus on well completions.
• Strong technical background in completion fluids, equipment and technologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex drilling/completion projects and on-site operations.
• Solid understanding of HSE regulations and best practices in Oil & Gas.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize well completion programs (casing, cementing, stimulation, and production hardware).
• Develop drilling and completion procedures and ensure safety standards.
• Analyze drilling/completion data to improve future operations.
• Select appropriate completion equipment and materials.
• Manage and supervise drilling/completion operations on-site.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation plans for drilling and completion hazards.
• Collaborate with service providers, vendors and internal teams.
• Contribute to ongoing advancement of drilling/completion technologies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
