Job summary

RCPM in Lephalale, SA, is seeking an experienced Drilling and Blasting Supervisor to coordinate and oversee mining blasting activities in line with the mining plan. You will ensure safe, compliant execution and maintain accurate records across operations.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years in opencast drilling and blasting, with strong knowledge of blasting practices and safety requirements, and regulatory registration where applicable. This is a site-based role.

Qualifications

• DMR/Mineral Resources regulatory registration as applicable.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in opencast drilling and blasting.
• Strong knowledge of blasting practices and safety requirements.
