• Certificate or qualification in Drafting and design (NQF 4/5)
• AutoCAD Certification
• 2–3 years’ aluminium and glass experience
• Knowledge of AAAMSA and SAGGA standards
• Bizman software experience
• Excel and CAD skills
• Strong Excel and estimating skills

Aufgaben

• Prepare manufacturing drawings and accurately estimate on aluminium windows, doors, shopfronts
• Prepare quotes and drawings for clients
• After client sign-off, put jobs into production
• Produce technical shop drawings, elevation designs, and cutting lists with AutoCAD and Bizman
• Calculate material quantities and prepare tenders/BOQs
• Liaise with architects/clients/site managers; take on-site measurements; assist with project tracking to installation
