Job description

We are seeking a skilled Draughtsman to create detailed technical drawings and plans for engineering, manufacturing, and TMM projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with engineers and designers to ensure precision and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop accurate 3D technical drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks).
2. Collaborate with project teams to interpret design concepts and specifications.
3. Revise and update drawings based on feedback and project scope changes.
4. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
5. Maintain organized records of design documents and revisions.
6. Experience with hydraulic and electrical schematics; experience with hydraulic systems is advantageous.
7. Contribute to the development of design methodologies and best practices.

Minimum Requirements :

1. Proven experience as a Draughtsman or in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks).
3. Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical drawing standards.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
5. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Experience with 3D modeling software.
2. Knowledge of engineering codes and regulations.
3. Qualifications in drafting, with a trade in Fitting and Turning, and hydraulic cylinder experience.
