Draughtsman AutoCad

Company situated in Spartan Kempton Park is urgently looking to employ a draughtsman between a junior and senior.

Salary: R 10 000.00 to R 13 000.00 depending on experience

Required Skills:

• AutoCAD-2D
• Autodesk Revit
• Vent placement and Shop drawings
• As-Built Drawings
• Knowledge of 3D software including Solidworks and Autodesk Revit

Responsibilities:

• Provide drawings as required by our Contracts and Operations and Sales Departments:
• Manufacturing shop drawings, product shop drawings, as-built drawings, and similar.

MISSION:

To provide all effort within the CONTRACTING DEPARTMENT in order to sustain professional and prompt service to our existing and potential customers via the Operations, Contracts, and Sales Department while constantly meeting or exceeding customer expectations by continuously improving our level of service.

OBJECTIVES:

• To ensure accurate and effective approval and handover of completed drawing work to the Contracts Managers.
• Maintain good internal contact with all parties involved to ensure excellence in after-sales service.

DRAWING RESPONSIBILITY:

• Provide drawings as required by our Contracts and Operations and Sales Departments.
• Interact with the Task/Productivity platform “CLICKUP” wherein you will interact with Contracts Managers and Directors with progress updates and info pertaining to and needed for the timely completion of any/all Shop Drawings per project.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:

• AutoCAD-2D
• Autodesk Revit
• Vent placement and Shop drawings
• As-Built Drawings
• Assisting with Product Manuals – In-house
• Assist sales and/or contracts departments either initially and/or during a contract with technical information/insight to assist with the smooth completion of said contract.

DRAWING:

• AutoCAD Drawing Library per contract and product model in conjunction with Product Development to be utilized by the Sales Department and the Contracts Department, including all special drawing requests from professional teams and contractors.
