St Nicholas Diocesan School is an Anglican, Independent, Co-ed, Day and Boarding School situated in the heart of Pietermaritzburg, catering for pupils from Grade RRR to Grade 12.

Dramatic and Creative Arts Educator GET & FET Phase (21 July 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter)

The successful applicant must meet the following criteria:

• Relevant teaching qualification and experience
• IEB and matric teaching experience would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite
• SACE registration
• Police clearance certificate
• Passionate about teaching and working with young people
• Passionate about the Performing Arts
• Passionate about making a difference
• Significant level of computer literacy
• Commitment and ability to participate in the pastoral, cultural and extramural activities of the school
• Work effectively as a member of a team
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills with colleagues, learners and parents
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Uphold the Christian ethos of the school

The position requires:

• A passionate and innovative Dramatic Arts teacher with experience to teach from Grade 8 to 12.
