Role Description

This is a contract role for a DotNet Consultant (Developer) located on-site in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. The DotNet Consultant will be responsible for software development, implementation of web services, and utilization of design patterns and .NET Core frameworks. The role will also involve database management and ensuring high-quality code through best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 8+ years Development experience
• Experience within an agile environment, with Scrum/KANBAN as methodology.

Strong background in C#, .NET 6, .NET Core, SQL Server, Blazer, HTML5, CSS

• Experience developing Web Solutions
• Utilization/Development of APIs and RESTFUL web services
• Strong understanding of Databases
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Previous experience in the Insurance Industry is beneficial
