Job description

The External Fibre Sales Associate is responsible for proactively engaging with potential customers in designated communities to promote and sell our fibre internet services. This role involves direct interaction with residents through door-to-door sales efforts, requiring effective communication and a customer-focused approach.

The Sales Associate will report to a team leader and play a crucial role in expanding our customer base.

Requirements
  1. Door-to-Door Sales: Engage with residents in assigned communities to promote and sell fibre internet services, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings.
  2. Walking Routes: Follow designated walking routes to maximize coverage and reach potential customers within the community.
  3. Educational Outreach: Educate potential customers about the advantages of our fibre internet services and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
  4. Feedback Reporting: Provide detailed feedback and insights after each shift, including customer interactions, concerns, and market trends.
  5. Working Hours: Work between 15:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday and between 08:00 and 12:00 on Saturdays.
  6. Sales Reporting: Accurately record and upload sales data into both client systems and our internal systems for tracking and reporting purposes.
  7. Customer Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with potential customers and leave a favourable impression of the company.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Self-motivated and able to work independently
  3. Ability to walk for extended periods and follow designated routes
  4. Sales or customer service experience is a plus
  5. Reliable and punctual
  6. Reliable transport is essential
Reporting Structure

The External Fibre Sales Associate will report to a designated Team Leader who will provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
