As an External Bank and Credit Door-to-Door Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will involve visiting customers at their residences to introduce and sell various banking and financial products.
This position is crucial for expanding our customer base and enhancing overall sales performance. Effective communication skills and a client-centric approach are essential to achieving success in this position.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Door-to-Door Sales: Connect with residents in your assigned communities to understand their financial needs better and drive sales.
Walking Routes: Follow designated walking routes to maximize coverage and reach potential customers within the community.
Educational Outreach: Educate potential customers about the advantages of our banking and insurance services.
Feedback Reporting: Provide detailed feedback and insights after each shift, including customer interactions, concerns, and market trends.
Working Hours: Work between 15:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday and between 08:00 and 12:00 on Saturdays.
Sales Reporting: Accurately record and upload sales data into both client systems and our internal systems for tracking and reporting purposes.
Customer Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with potential customers and leave a favourable impression of the company.
Qualifications and Skills:
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to walk for extended periods and follow designated routes
Banking, insurance, sales, and/or customer service experience is a plus
Reliable and punctual
Reporting Structure:
The External Door-to-Door Sales Associate will report to a designated Team Leader who will provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
