Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of successful experience in non-profit fundraising and development.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships and secure significant financial contributions.
• Exceptional writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with donor management software and fundraising databases.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and solicit major gifts from individual donors, corporations, and foundations.
• Develop and execute strategic fundraising campaigns and events.
• Write and submit persuasive grant proposals and reports to foundations and government agencies.
• Maintain accurate donor records and manage donor communications through CRM systems.
• Collaborate with leadership and program staff to articulate funding needs and impact.
• Steward donor relationships, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging continued support.
