Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years fundraising, donor relations, or related development experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase donor retention and upgrade giving levels.
• Plan and execute donor engagement events and communications.
• Manage a portfolio of key donors with personalized communication and stewardship.
