Requirements :

• A relevant Sales and Marketing or Commercial qualification at tertiary level or equivalent
• MBA is advantageous
• Business and sales knowledge
• Experience with CRM, brand management, sales planning and forecasting, pricing methodologies
• Product knowledge
• Ability to manage P&L, budgets, and financials
• Understanding of relevant legislation (e.g., Competition Act, Consumer Protection Act, LRA, BCEA, EEA, OHSA, NEMA)
• Experience in developing and implementing business and marketing strategies
