An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small team at Ach-an Eas Care Home in Inverness as a Domestic Assistant. Here at Ach-an-Eas, we put the patient at the heart of everything we do and each colleague within our Care home plays a key role in how we support our residents.

The Domestic Assistant works as part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering a high standard of cleanliness throughout the home for our residents. Successful candidate will provide cleaning services such as attending to the laundry room and also in house cleaning services.

Previous experience is desirable, but training is given and opportunities to progress within the team are encouraged. Staff must be flexible, adaptable, and work to support other staff.

Shifts are on a rotational basis hour to be discussed. Enhancements are paid for weekend and out of hours work.

NHS Scotland is reducing their full time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024 but with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff.
