We are seeking highly motivated, customer-focused team members for the Cloud Architecture & Advisory team (CAA). The Cloud Architect will serve as the primary technical contact for customers, collaborating closely with internal teams.

Expectations and Tasks

This customer-facing role involves supporting sales during the entire cloud deal cycle, including:

• Presenting technical and operational aspects of RISE with SAP Private Cloud
• Explaining requirements and value propositions for SAP private cloud on hyperscalers
• Conducting technical assessment workshops and defining cloud architecture and migration plans
• Guiding customers on non-functional capabilities like Business Continuity, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Networking, and Technical Operations
• Collaborating with internal teams for deal support and pricing
• Leading technical discussions and coordinating expertise from SAP delivery teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
• High proficiency in customer communication, SAP product portfolio, and industry solutions
• Understanding of SAP solutions, cloud operations, and at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Willingness to travel and work in a global team
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Experience

• 8+ years in SAP consulting, solution design, enterprise architecture, or SAP implementation
• Experience in pre-sales roles and with IaaS providers or data centers is advantageous
• Cybersecurity and SAP Lifecycle Management expertise is preferred
• SAP HANA and S/4HANA skills are highly beneficial
