At Compatible Automotive, we are driving change in the automotive industry in Sub Saharan Africa, and we are looking for an individual who can demonstrate proactiveness and initiative within our DMS teams and customers.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic DMS consultant to join our implementation team.

Job Description

The main purpose of an implementation consultant is to facilitate the successful deployment and adoption of software solutions or systems in the dealership.

You will work within the DMS Team to ensure support tickets are handled in accordance with the SOP.

Duties and Responsibilities

DMS Support and Implementation

  • Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Provide accurate and relevant information about our products/services and assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming to find swift and satisfactory solutions.
  • Input and update customer information accurately in the database.
  • Follow guidelines to ensure consistent and effective customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues and escalate matters when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Continuously improve your product knowledge and customer service skills through training and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain quality responses and positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Travel when required by the business.
