Many SAP customers are transforming to data-centric IT architectures to support new data-driven business models. AI is a central lever to provide clean data (i.e., data quality, data volume, data privacy), which is crucial for business success in the data world. As a Senior Service Architect in the global Data Management and Landscape Transformation team, you will support our international customers in all questions regarding clean data provisioning leveraging AI capabilities. It is particularly important to foster trusting and committed teamwork with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners. You will primarily work remotely, but depending on requirements, you may also work on-site at customer locations.

Tasks :

• Advising customers on AI and clean data (i.e., data quality, data volume, data privacy). Representing and presenting all SAP and DMLT AI solutions.
• Conducting system analyses and feasibility studies based on data management methodologies using SAP and DMLT solutions.
• Creating implementation roadmaps for customers' journey to clean data.
• Moderating workshops with customers, colleagues, and partners, and presenting the results.
• Implementing data quality improvement projects based on AI, SAP standard software, and DMLT automation solutions.
• Continuously improving, standardizing, and expanding our range of services as a team.
• Collaborating reliably with colleagues across SAP in different roles and locations worldwide.
• Supporting business development and go-to-market activities to grow a project pipeline.

Education, qualifications, skills, and competencies :

• A good technical college or university degree (diploma/bachelor/master) in computer science, business informatics, or comparable work experience.
• At least 6 years of broad experience in SAP technologies, focusing on Business Technology Platform and S/4HANA, including several years in consulting and technology development.
• Several years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning technologies.
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP Business AI (AI Core, AI Services, Joule) is a plus.
• Sound programming knowledge and experience in Python, JavaScript, or ABAP/ABAP OO.
• SAP ERP application knowledge (FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.) is a plus.
• Confident in front of customers, with experience in communication at decision-making levels.
• Excellent communication and moderation skills, with a strong team orientation.
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
