Responsibilities

Brand & Product Strategy:

  • Develop and localise marketing strategies for FMCG products in their division (work independently being based in PE, part of a national team)
  • Ensure brand consistency across stores, promotions, and campaigns

Retail Execution:

  • Drive in-store promotions, point-of-sale (POS) campaigns, and activation plans
  • Work closely with merchandising, sales, and trade marketing teams
  • Monitor store-level performance, stock movement, and product visibility

Customer & Market Insights:

  • Analyse regional sales data, competitor activity, and shopper behaviour
  • Adjust marketing tactics based on real-time data and ROI tracking
  • Understand consumer trends and tweak offers or messaging accordingly

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in the FMCG sector.
  • Experience dealing with the retail and wholesale sector
  • Experience in Marketing non-negotiable
  • Valid driver’s license; must have own vehicle
