Develop and localise marketing strategies for FMCG products in their division (work independently being based in PE, part of a national team)
Ensure brand consistency across stores, promotions, and campaigns
Retail Execution:
Drive in-store promotions, point-of-sale (POS) campaigns, and activation plans
Work closely with merchandising, sales, and trade marketing teams
Monitor store-level performance, stock movement, and product visibility
Customer & Market Insights:
Analyse regional sales data, competitor activity, and shopper behaviour
Adjust marketing tactics based on real-time data and ROI tracking
Understand consumer trends and tweak offers or messaging accordingly
Requirements:
5 years' experience in the FMCG sector.
Experience dealing with the retail and wholesale sector
Experience in Marketing non-negotiable
Valid driver’s license; must have own vehicle
