Job description

Are you a relationship builder with a knack for sales support and driving growth? Our client, a global consumer brand, is looking for a Distributor Sales & Support Lead to partner with independent Distributors and help them maximize their potential.

In this role, you will provide field-based support, assist with promotions and events, analyse performance data, and roll out strategic initiatives that boost Distributor success across the coastal region. The position offers a hybrid working model with regular travel to Distributor locations and events.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong relationships with Distributor leaders and act as their primary point of contact.
  • Support sales growth by introducing new products, promotions, and tools.
  • Conduct field visits, training sessions, and events to help Distributors implement best practices.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Coordinate and manage Distributor recognition and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide ongoing feedback on market trends and competitor activity to improve strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales support, channel development, or key account management (preferably in Consumer Goods, Direct Selling, or Pharmaceuticals).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence Distributors at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint essential).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Organized and proactive, with solid project and time management skills.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel regionally.
  • Higher education in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
