Job description

Our client is looking for a Distribution Clerk to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate invoicing, supporting counter sales, and ensuring smooth distribution operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain picking slips and ensure all approvals are in place for accurate invoicing.
  2. Execute proper handover of 3-part invoices for loading to checkers.
  3. File copies of tax invoices and maintain a picking slip register.
  4. Cross-check and confirm existing picking slips using status reports.
  5. Adhere to warehouse and distribution policies and best practices.
  6. Provide excellent customer service and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  7. Obtain proof of delivery (PODs) from drivers and escalate any discrepancies.
  8. Capture orders on Syspro.
  9. Print and book daily export collections and trip sheets for couriers.
  10. Manage and distribute picking slips for daily operations.
  11. Assist with daily route planning and accept/remove picking slips from the printer.

  1. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications
