The role involves managing commercial, civil, and administrative disputes, guiding clients through litigation, arbitration, and ADR to protect rights and achieve effective solutions.

The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload, conduct legal research, draft documents, and negotiate settlements with a strong emphasis on client advocacy within the East

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in dispute resolution or litigation.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure, evidence law, and relevant substantive legal areas.
• Proven ability to conduct effective legal research and draft legal documents.
• Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and client communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex legal challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of disputes, from initial assessment through to final resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare persuasive arguments for court or arbitration.
• Represent clients in litigation proceedings, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
