Job Description

To take responsibility for planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns of the Internal Internet Capability and is also responsible for data, tech, AI, and campaign execution within their channels.

This requires cross-functional collaboration with several BU’s and teams in FRG, for end-to-end data and campaign flows into and from Internet Capability.

Position: Display Specialist

As a Channel Specialist - Display, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid display and social media campaigns within the Internal Internet Capability. This role involves managing data, technology, AI, and campaign execution across DV360 and social media channels.

You will collaborate with various business units within FRG, including Channels, Sub Segments, Retail and Commercial Sales, and Interaction Enablers, to ensure seamless data and campaign flows.

Key qualities include vision, energy, passion, and a desire to learn, along with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Display & Video 360, CM360, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc., aligned with digital strategy.
  • Managing campaign budgets for optimal ROI.
  • Adjusting campaign settings to improve performance.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven adjustments.
  • Ensuring campaigns follow platform best practices and guidelines.
  • Implementing A/B testing and optimization strategies.
  • Using analytics tools like Google Analytics to analyze data and inform decisions.
  • Providing insights and reports on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Collaborating with account managers and stakeholders for successful campaign execution.
  • Maintaining clear communication on campaign progress.
  • Staying updated on trends in data, tech, and AI.

Requirements:

  • NQF level 6 qualification.
  • Additional digital marketing or analytical qualifications.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years in campaign management/performance roles managing high-performance data-driven campaigns.
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platforms (Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360).
  • Experience with paid social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) is advantageous.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
