Responsibilities

Position Purpose : Reporting to the Head of Display & Paid Social, you will be responsible for planning, activation, and optimization of digital Display & Paid social campaigns. Media spend will be optimized to meet KPIs and targets, requiring a data-driven and analytical approach, as well as lateral thinking. Collaboration with global stakeholders will be key to ensure campaigns resonate locally. Additionally, you will support ad operations in campaign activation across advertising channels.

Primary duties will include :

  • Managing the Paid Social & Display advertising marketplace, covering upper-funnel & performance campaigns
  • Managing third-party advertising technology daily, including Programmatic DSPs, and Paid Social platforms (LinkedIn & YouTube)
  • Managing publisher & platform relationships across both channels
  • Supporting Ad Operations with trafficking, ad serving, and tagging for acquisition paid & earned media campaigns
  • Collaborating with Analytics, Data & Insight teams to ensure accurate reporting of media campaigns
  • Managing relationships with internal teams such as organic social and other marketing units
  • Ensuring accurate management of spend and budgets, adhering to StoneX finance processes

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you will need :

  • At least 2+ years of experience in social and Display advertising
  • Hands-on expertise with Paid Social platforms like Meta, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Experience managing upper-funnel and performance-based campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Willingness to develop skills in third-party ad servers, including trafficking, ad serving, and tagging (Google stack)
  • Understanding of how display & paid social integrate with other digital and offline channels
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Intermediate Google Analytics skills

Education / Certificates :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
