Remote Dispatcher (Real Estate & Construction)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Working Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (South African Time)

Contract Type: Independent Contractor / Remote Position

Job Overview:

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Remote Dispatchers to support our U.S.-based Real Estate and Construction clients. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, dispatching field technicians, managing work orders, and ensuring seamless communication between teams. This role requires strong multitasking skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and dispatch field teams, technicians, and contractors to various job sites
  • Manage and monitor work orders, job progress, and real-time updates using dispatch software
  • Coordinate with vendors, property managers, tenants, and construction crews
  • Ensure all job details, location info, and instructions are communicated clearly
  • Track incoming service requests and allocate resources efficiently
  • Handle follow-ups to confirm job completion and resolve any issues that arise
  • Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and status reports
  • Provide administrative support as needed related to dispatch and job tracking

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordination (Real Estate or Construction industry preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working late shifts (3pm11pm or 4pm12am SA time)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Tech-savvy with experience using scheduling or dispatch software (e.g., Jobber, ServiceTitan, Monday.com, Asana, etc.)
  • Reliable internet connection and own laptop/PC
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with U.S.-based clients

Familiarity with maintenance workflows, construction job stages, or property management operations

Prior remote work experience
